READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO THE GROCERY STORE...If today is the day that you decided that you are tired of being stressed out and eating too much, with none of it being the right food, then you need to get this book. It is concise, hard hitting in a tough-love way, well written, and organized. I got the most out of it by reading the summaries the author put at the end of each section, especially those about the foods to avoid eating. I made a shopping list, went to the store, and got started eating like I gave a damn about my health, my self esteem, and living right. Bravo Judy! Well done!!
