As a wellness coach and master yoga instructor, I help people who are struggling with diet and exercise obstacles achieve their fitness goals. I work with them to determine their strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, and create a fitness plan based on their personal needs.

Being immersed in the fitness industry for 30+ years, I regularly address the needs of people who have neglected their physical and mental well being.
